Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your DIF purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
